You may now check your status on any NEWHS' Waiting List by logging onto http://www.hmsforweb.com/owl.  Simply follow the directions and if you are currently active on a waiting list, something similar to the following will come up:

Spokane Housing Authority City Home 1206 Active Applicant
Spokane Housing Authority 2007 Section 8 Lottery List 53 Active Applicant
Spokane Housing Authority Federal Public Waiting List 16 Active Applicant

Lottery Waiting List ONLY: 
The "# on List" refers to your current rank on the list, your assigned number compared to the "# on List" will give you a rough idea of your waiting time according to the following chart:

1-150

 1-3 months
151-300 3-5 months
301-450 5-7 months
