Waiting List for the Housing Choice Voucher

Homeownership Program

The Housing Choice Voucher Homeownership Waiting List is now open through September 15, 2019.

To qualify you must:

  • Be a current Housing Choice Voucher participant for at least one full year, and

  • Have copy of the First Time Homebuyer's Certificate to present to SHA for each member of the household over the age of 18 years.

To apply, see the 4 options below:

  • email a copy/scan/photo of the First Time Homebuyer's Certificate for all household members over the age of 18 to redteam@spokanehousing.org

  • mail a copy of the First Time Homebuyer's Certificate for all household members over the age of 18 to Spokane Housing Authority, ATTN: Homeownership Waiting List, 55 W. Mission Ave., Spokane, WA 99201

  • Drop of a copy or have us take a copy of the First Time Homebuyer's Certificate for all household members over the age of 18 at our 55 W. Mission office during lobby hours

  • Drop of a copy of the First Time Homebuyer's Certificate for all household members over the age of 18 into the dropbox at our 55 W. Mission office after hours
