 Accepting Applications for the following:                                               


Assists with general ledger accounting, audits, budget preparation, development job cost tracking, and prepares financial reports; responsible for accounts payable of Housing Assistance Payments to landlords, to include payment preparation, maintenance of files, and year-end reporting; and is responsible for fixed asset inventory and record maintenance. This exempt position salary range is $3,850 to $5,178 per month depending on experience. Bachelor’s degree in accounting and two years of experience with acceptable credit and driving history required.

Eligibility Specialist:

Performs housing assistance eligibility tasks, including verifications, medical and income calculations, case management, recertification processes, and conducts group orientations. Associates degree, 2 years housing assistance, or housing authority experience preferred. Full time, union represented position. $15.62 per hour with benefits.

Property Supervisor Assistant:

Greets visitors, performs clerical functions, show and lease apartments, answers phone, computer skills needed. Full time position starting at $15.03 per hour with full benefits.

We Are Accepting Ongoing Pre-Recruitment Applications:

Maintenance Technician performs routine maintenance, scheduled grounds keeping and custodial duties, including: upkeep of community common areas; cleaning vacant units; painting vacant and occupied units; and repairing units. Three years’ experience in facility maintenance or equivalent required, CPO license preferred. Full time position starting at $15.93 per hour.

Property Supervisor is responsible for the daily management and operation of assigned properties and supervises staff. Answerable for community goals, staff, leasing, maintenance, accounting, and regulatory compliance. Three years of supervisory experience required and three years’ experience in a related field. Full time, non-exempt position with full benefits, salary range starts at $18.97/hour.
