Housing Programs Assistant covers  front desk duties and provides clerical support for the Housing Assistance Programs Department, including: answering and returning general information phone calls and voicemail; copying and organizing materials; and develops a positive, effective working relationship with all customers. Course work or vocational training in office practices or two years of experience as a receptionist required. Full time, temporary, union represented position with benefits. Eligibility Specialist – Performs housing assistance eligibility tasks, including verifications, medical and income calculations, case management, recertification processes, and conducts orientations. 1 year of general office experience required. Relevant associate’s degree or 2 years of case management preferred. Full time, union represented position with benefits. Salary range is $16.37 to $22.02 per hour. IT Analyst II - Works closely with the IT Analyst III on networking, MS server, security, and other IT issues and projects. Responsible for providing customer service to agency employees and customers, and use technical expertise to resolve these issues or train individuals how to resolve such issues on their own. This exempt position salary range is $4,274 to $5,748 per month depending on experience. Associate’s degree or higher in computer science or related field required. Preference given towards experience in the IT sector, MS server, and/or general TCP/IP networking.  Acceptable credit, driving history, and driver’s insurance required. Maintenance Mechanic - Performs preventative, routine and scheduled maintenance and repair. Needs varied skills including carpentry, plumbing, sheet rock, masonry, safety, basic electrical, painting, plumbing, and grounds. Four years of experience in facility maintenance or equivalent required. Full time position starting at $18.39 per hour with benefits. Performs routine maintenance, scheduled grounds keeping and custodial duties, including: upkeep of community common areas; cleaning vacant units; painting vacant and occupied units; and repairing units. Three years’ experience in facility maintenance or equivalent required, CPO license preferred. Full time position starting at $15.93 per hour.

Property Supervisor

Responsible for the daily management and operation of assigned properties and supervises staff. Answerable for community goals, staff, leasing, maintenance, accounting, and regulatory compliance. Three years of supervisory experience required and three years’ experience in a related field. Full time, non-exempt position with full benefits, salary range starts at $18.97/hour.

Property Supervisor Assistant

Greets visitors, performs clerical functions, show and lease apartments, answers phone, computer skills needed. Full time, 40 hours per week, position starting at $15.44 per hour with full benefits.
